Pricing and Payment
All charges are outlined in the estimate. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Additional work may incur extra costs, which will be communicated before proceeding.
Liability
Our organization employs meticulous workmanship, but cannot be held responsible for damages beyond our control. Clients are advised to maintain proper maintenance of plumbing systems.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled at mutually convenient times. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
Warranty
We guarantee our work for a period specified in the service agreement. Faulty workmanship or material defects will be addressed promptly.
Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, and proprietary information remain the property of Roos Rooter & Plumbing and are protected by applicable laws.
